Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.5  an error occurs when trying to refresh logistics lines in Depot Repair.



ERROR

"There is no instance found for the Serial Number   ( <serial number>)".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a repair order for an advance exchange
2. Book the return line.
3. Receive the return line.
4. Select refresh logistics.
