Symptoms

OSP Requisition import doesn't generate correct charge account (OPM enabled)

Steps to reproduce
1 Production supervisor Create batch
2. Production supervisor Release batch
3. Requisition interface table will be populated
4. Run the requisition import program
5. Requisition created and with the wrong charge account
Wrong account on requisition: - Picked from Inventory Organization
Expected correct account from OSP Item org level:


Other Observations
1.When  create the requisition manually it populate correct account from Item Org level see below screen. Issue with only “Requisition Import”
2. It works fine before but stop running after few months
Other Important Observation

1 Production supervisor Create batch
2. Production supervisor Release batch
3. Requisition interface table will be populated - Manually mad charge account id NULL
4. and then we run the requisition import program the charge account is generated correctly. That means it picks the charge account from the Item Org Level.
