Total Amount Does Not Equal The Sum Of Line Amount In The Accrual Write-Off Report

After upgrade from 11i to 12.2.5, When running the Accrual Write-Off Report after migrating to Release 12.2 it was observed that the report output the Total Amount value does not equal the Total Value of the Line Amount column.

The report total should match the sum of the amount column in the Accrual Write Off Report

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Accrual Write Off Report
2. Note the total
3. Sum the amount columns and find the difference

This can cause incorrect accounting numbers in production.
