Custom Additional Datapoints Not Showing Thousands Separator (Doc ID 2202217.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 19, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Credit Management - Version 12.2.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

OCM Thousands Separator isn't being displayed in all instances in case folders.  For additional custom data points, the thousands separator does not show.
The thousands separator makes it much easier to read and interpret numeric values. Especially in APAC, where invoice amounts are many digits.

The following profile option has been set at user level:

Currency:Thousands Separator = Yes

The Number Format in Preferences (web page) is set to to 10,000.00

The Credit Management case folders, in some instances show the commas, but in others do not.

Is there another profile option or setting that needs to be enabled?
