Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Replenish

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Internal Requisition is not getting created after setting up PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Internal Requisition should generated as per PAR setup

 

See below Error in log for INCRPR module: Process replenishment counts

ORACLE error 1405 in RC_PROCESSOR_LIB

Cause: RC_PROCESSOR_LIB failed due to ORAAPP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1405 in RC_PROCESSOR

Cause: RC_PROCESSOR failed due to ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL
.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin MO_GLOBAL . init ( 'INV' ) ; :org_id := FND_API . G_MISS_NUM ; : and was executed from the file 9268595/inv/lib/inlrpr.pc.
APP-INV-05501: QAS_ICU failed

1. Setup PAR Level Planning
2. Review Replenishment Count Headers
