Running Autoconfig on a shared filesystem node fails with the following error:

Generating /app/oraapps/ebs/fnd/11.5.0/secure/host_name:port_number:database.dbc
java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=200000000)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))
Database connection to jdbc:oracle:thin:@host_name:port_number:database failed
host_name:port_number:database.dbc generation failed with exit code 1
