Field Service: Project Information Disappears When Entering Material Lines On Debrief (Doc ID 2202756.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save the Debrief after adding Project information, or when trying to move an Instance from customer location to Internal site, the following errors can occurs.

Error:

Please either provide all Project details or remove Project Number

-or-

No Transaction date passed.


Steps:

1. The SR header is created and Project information is populated using “XXXXX” account.
2. A Task is then added to the SR and assigned to “XXXXX” user.
3. User “Aguirre” logs into the technician portal and sees the new task, clicks on debrief icon.
4. User changes assignment status to “Working” and saves it.
5. User adds a labor line and project info from SR defaults in.
6. Debrief is saved and project information remains.
7. User adds a material line and once again the project information defaults in from the SR.
8. Debrief is then saved successfully.
9. When attempting to save the debrief again (whether you’ve done nothing else or added additional labor/material lines), user receives error:
        Please either provide all Project details or remove Project Number
10. Upon opening the recently added material line the Project Task and Organization have been nullified.

While trying to move an Instance from customer location to Internal site in Technician Portal, it is failing with error:

        No Transaction date passed.
