Symptoms
On : 12.0 version and later, Geography Hierarchy, Retrieval of Military address on transactions form (or customer form) cause an error to occur.

System cannot determine geographical information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdiction
Changes
The country: US has a structure in Geography Hierarchy of State, County, City, Postal Code.
Therefore the Military Addresses must contain a value for county to match the values entered in Geography Hierarchy.
