ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Entering item name in the Item field under the 'Order/Return parts' tab (charges tab) is taking more time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Entering item name in the Item field under the charges tab should not take more time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Create Service Requets
2. Query the Service Request.
3. Click on 'Order/Return parts' tab.
4. Enter the item name in the item field under Action sub-tab.
