When attempting to delete a location the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-PER-52506: You cannot delete a location that is referenced elsewhere

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. XX HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Workstructure> Location
3. query location and press delete icon
