Symptoms
E-Business Suite R12 Applications Manager, RapidClone issues
Cloning a 12.1.3 instance recently upgraded to 12c fails with the below error:
perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier $CONTEXT_FILE
or
perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack $CONTEXT_FILE
Error: ERROR: Failed to execute <DIR>/12.1.0.2/db_1/appsutil/clone/bin/adclone.pl
Cloning cannot continue.
ERRORCODE = 255 ERRORCODE_END
