Symptoms

When a query of recipes on the Recipe Details form returns more than one record, the form's next record functionality does not work as expected.
When viewing record 1 of ?, clicking the down arrow does not work on the first attempt. You remain on the first record.
Clicking the down arrow a ...
...second time takes you to record 2 of ?
...third time takes you to record 1 of ? (incorrect behavior)
...fourth time takes you to record 2 of ?
...fifth time takes you to record 3 of ?
...sixth time takes you to record 1 of ? (incorrect behavior)
...seventh time takes you to record 2 of ?
The pattern indicates the first time a record is called-up to the form an error in the form logic causes the form to call-up the first record in the data set.
This form issue can also be replicated by utilizing the Save and Proceed option from the File menu. (File --> Save and Proceed)
This form issue is also causing the view last record function to not work from the View menu. (View --> Record --> Last)
