OZF: Offer Backdated Adjustment - Offer Name With More Than 30 Characters Raises APP-FND-01030 Error

OZF: Offer Backdated Adjustment - Offer Name with more than 30 characters raises error

APP-FND-01030: Value xxxx is longer than its maximum length of 30 characters.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create offer with name greater than 30 characters.
2. Create and activate backdated adjustments.
3. Select Offer Name LOV of concurrent program - OZF: Offer Backdated Adjustment. It raises error.
