When attempting to click on PPR request tab for the specific user, the following error occurs.
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator assistance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payables Responsibility
2. Navigate to Payments > Entry > Payments Manager
3. Click on PPR request tab
4. Observe error page
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the affected users cannot able to navigate to the PPR tab.
