Symptoms
When running the Copy Inventory Organization program , the following error occurs in the log file.
ERROR

Copy of Inventory Parameters failed.
Copy of Inventory Parameters failed.
The following attribute is mandatory. Please enter a not null value.
Primary Key : Organization Code = 'XXX'
Attribute : Organization Name, Business Group Name
The following exception has occurred while processing:
Object Name : Parameters
Record Identifiers : Organization Id = 'null'
Exception : oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null
