AML Asks for a From Date Greater Than SYSDATE When End Dating an AML in Change Order (Doc ID 2203224.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When clicking on AML and selects the manufacturer part number, the from date is already existing when it was initially created.
When trying to end date and click apply, it gives error saying that from date should be greater than current date.

Error
The Start Date can not be less than the current date. Please enter a Start Date which is later than or equal to current date.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create Change Order:    
  2. Set "Effective To" to 15-Jan-2016

    ==>Error
    Row 1 Effective From - The Start Date can not be less than the current date. Please enter a Start Date which is later than or equal to current date.

    When entering SYSDATE(Current Date), there is no error and proceed with the request.
