EAM: PM Forecast Is Not Responding To Actual End Date Scheduling Option On PM Schedule (Doc ID 2203283.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The PM Forecast is incorrectly forecasting dates for a PM Schedule. The PM Schedule is
configured to use the Actual End Date to suggest next service start date,
however irrespective of what date is used here the PM Forecast continues to generate WO for a different date. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the correct forecast when scheduling option is set to Actual End Date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to Maintenance Workbench.
3. Query asset.
4. Go to Forecast Work Orders screen and enter required data.
5. Incorrect suggestions created by PM engine.
