EAM: PM Forecast Is Not Responding To Actual End Date Scheduling Option On PM Schedule

We have an issue in our production environment where the PM Forecast is
incorrectly forecasting dates for a PM Schedule. The PM Schedule is
configured to use the Actual End Date to suggest next service start date,
however irrespective of what date is used here the PM Forecast continues to
generate WO for a different date. I have even used a future-date to try and
force a different Forecast, but even with this there is no change to the
Expect to see the correct forecast
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PM schedule with 1 date rule and 1 meter rule. For
multiple rules use date that comes first. The base interval of the
date rule should be much longer than the date difference between two
meter-based service dates.
2. Do forecast in Maintenance Workbench.
3. Remove the date rule.
4. Do forecast in Maintenance Workbench - it should be the same.
