OE_LINE_ACKS Is Not Populated For All Shipments On An Order When Order Lines Are Split After Booking

Acknowledgement 'ACK' Tables Are Not Populated
On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
Not all shipment records from oe_order_lines_all are creating records in oe_line_acks.
When the extract is run and the POCAO file is translated, the resulting 865 identifies line 2 as cancelled with no quantity remaining to ship.
The line 2 acknowledgement (ac) record now reflects the line_id for shipment 2.2, it shows cancelled. The reduction in quantity on line 2.1 is not reflected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load 850 with two lines
2. Book the order
3. Two oe_line_acks entries exist, one for each order line
4. Extract 855
5. change schedule ship date on line 1
6. change schedule ship date on line 2
7. split line 2 into 2.1 and 2.2, reduce quantity on line 2.1, leave the scheduled ship date the same for the new line 2.2.
8. Cancel line 2.2
Only two records exist in oe_line_acks for this header.
The line 2 ack record now reflects the line_id for shipment 2.2, it shows cancelled.
The reduction in quantity on line 2.1 is not reflected.
