Sporadically, the Work Flow (WF) for Order Lines is not being created for Entered or Booked Lines.
Currently, have 19 sales order lines in production EBS wherein workflow did not start.
As recommended, Patch.21068635:R12.ONT.C was applied.
Even so, started seeing the issue again..
The Line WF should always be created.
The issue cannot be reproduced at will
