Copy of Ground Service Screen Set Does Not Work

A public ground service is copied and a new copied screen set is created from it , added to a menu and accessed, But it takes to ground schedule manager page instead of Ground Service Manager Layout

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access public Ground Service screen via Config and Admin>>Screen Set
2. Copy and create a new screen and add to Menu
3. Access the new copied screen and click New. Ground Schedule layout is seen
