On : 12.2.5 version, Customer Support specialist, Agent Dashboard:

When attempting to update an SR with an empty Owner or Group from "Customer Support Specialist" responsibility the following error occurs:


"Please enter a valid group and/or owner"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Customer Support Specialist
2. Navigate to (Agent Dashboard)
Click on Quick Update button
