ShPP values do not appear in RTI Reconciliation reports.
Expecting for Shpp YTD to appear after applying the patch with the fix.
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into HRMS manager responsibility
2. Go to Processes and Reports
3. Run QuickPay, PrePayments and RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2016/17, FPS Reconciliation Report > Although SMP payments are shown, there are no ShPP values showing in the report.
