The customer uses both manual and automatic revenue events to handle their revenue. All of the revenue appears successfully in Project Billing, but only one of the events appears in the Revenue Forecast. They applied patch 19544560 from Bug 17664666 : GENERATE REVENUE FORECAST FOR EVENTS NOT SHOWING CORRECT AMOUNTS but the issue persists. Budgeting in PM is not used and revenue amounts cannot be seen anywhere else in Project Management thus revenue may not be being is
being properly summarized. There are no errors in the summary processes.
The behavior is inconsistent...the common threads between the "problem" revenue drafts seem to be:
1) There is an expenditure items line AND an automatic line plus a manual line, when the manual line is the Event Type named "Consulting".
2) The examples so far seem to all be from one of many operating units
3) The manual event line is a negative number (it's adjusting an automatic event or expenditure item line).
