Security Profile - Restrict on Individual Assignments Option missing
After Information Discovery for Ebusiness Suite 12.1 v6 install, on the security profile screen the "Restrict on Individual Assignments Option" disappears.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Manager
2. Go to Security
3. Query Security Profile
