Error When Running Penserver Basic Data: "Bank Details Information is Missing for this Person." (Doc ID 2204266.1)

When attempting to run Penserver Interface, the following error occurs.

"Bank Details information is missing for this person. Please enter the missing information and rerun the extract process."

Steps to reproduce the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use UK HRMS Responsibility
2. Run Penserver Interface
3. See the error mentioned above for some employees in Penserver Basic Data
