Extra Lines Appear In The Log That Call The API IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB After RPC4 (Doc ID 2204539.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, API

Direct Debit displaying logs without enabling the Debug Logs profile.

Direct Debit shouldn't create debug logs without enabling the Debug Log profile.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create direct debit
2. Check the log file
3. below line of logs can be found

In the code which call the API IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB have extra lines appear after RPC4 which were not the case before the RPC4.
These lines are for example from log file:

IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_payer_id: 18659627
IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_assign_id: 19475629
IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_trxn_ref_number2: 30197335883020
IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_legal_entity_id:
IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: LE l_debit_auth_id:
IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: Default l_debit_auth_id:
