Items With Obsolete Status Appear In iProcurement Search Results (Doc ID 2204581.1)

In Oracle iProcurement, Releases 12.1.x and 12.2.x, inventory Primary items with Item Status = Obsolete are appearing in the iProcurement search results.
It is expected that items with status "Obsolete" will not appear in the iProcurement search results.

Due to this issue, users are able to request obsolete items which are no longer being used by the business.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In iProcurement, search for an item which has Item Status = Active. The item appears in the search results.
2. In Purchasing, navigate to Items > Primary Items. Query the item and change the Item Status value to "Obsolete". Save the change.
3. In iProcurement, search for the same item again. The item still appears in the search results.
