Symptoms

Third party check output only includes check number, check amount, and the employee name in the reference section. The payee, payee address, check date, and other items such as case numbers or other reference ID's are not showing up on the output.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: In US HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > Select an Assignment > Run Quick pay
2. Run Prepayment > Run Payroll Archive > Run Third Party Check Writer (XML)
3. View Check Output > Check Output only includes check number, check amount, and the employee name in the reference section. The payee, payee address, check date, and other items such as case numbers or other reference ID's are not showing up on the output.
