R12: Message Not Found Application SQLAP Message Name AP_WEB_COST_CENTER_REQUIRED on Expense Report General Information Page (Doc ID 2205225.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update saved expense report, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Message not found. Application: SQLAP, Message Name: AP_WEB_COST_CENTER_REQUIRED

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as iExpenses responsibility.
2. Navigate to Expenses Home page.
3. In the Update Expense Reports tab, find the issue saved expense report.
4. Click Update button.
5. The error happens on expense report general information page.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the saved expense report.
