Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Upgrade Issues
Upgraded system from R12.1.3 to R12.2.5 and DB(From 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4).
Oracle has changed all logic behind the materialized view to make it as edition object.
There are some materialized views already exists in the system.
Upgrading the same as per doc 1577661.1(Section 1.4.3.5: Materialized Views).
Created the logical View(#), and after when running the query exec ad_zd_mview.upgrade('APPS', 'XYZ_SCHEMAS_MV'), its giving below error:

ORA-30372: fine grain access policy conflicts with materialized view

The issue can be reproduced by following the steps from the below document:
