DOR - View Documents Of Records Does Not Display Extra Information Segments

DOR - View Documents of Records does not display Extra Information Segments
Note: Extra Info segments appear correctly on Create/Review/Update page. Only issue on View page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to HRMS Responsibility
2. Click on Document of Record and search for the employee
3. Click on Manage Document
Note the EIT segments appear after choosing the document type
4. Add the document information and apply
5- Click View (on the same DOR record)
6- You can see that there is no segment in section Extra Information
Upgrade to R12.HR_PF.B.delta.9 (<Patch 21980909> HRMS RUP9) or apply below one-off patches:
<Patch 22281427>:R12.PER.B ADDING ATTACHMENT TO DOR IS REMOVING EIT INFORMATION
