Cannot Issue Components Using The Serial Number Field When Using The Work In Process (WIP) Mobile Application

Using Mobile, users cannot issue component serial numbers to jobs. The problem occurs only with the last serial for the component, if the required quantity for the component is more than 1.

Case 1: Quantity = 2 of one serialized component (Item A) must be issued
  to the Job. If the quantity required is more than 1 for Item A,
  the problem occurs when the last serial number for Item A is
  entered/scanned to issue it to the Job.

Case 2: If there are multiple serial components (Item A and Item B)
  required for the job, the issue happens for both Item A and Item B
  when the last serial number for each item is entered/scanned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility = Work In Process (WIP)
    Navigation = Discrete-> Discrete -> Query a Job (JOB) that is “Released” and has several serially controlled components that have Quantities
    greater than 1. Push serial number button, associate a Serial Number

2. Back to discrete jobs-> Push components button->
    Component COM is Serial Controlled, the required quantity is 2 and Qty 1 is already issued.

3. Responsibility = Warehouse Management
    Navigation = -> Manufacturing -> Serialized Assy & Material Txn -> Material Txn -> Issue

4. Issue a Serial Number for component COM to Job JOB. Either Enter/Scan the component serial number or select the serial number from the List of Values

5. The cursor again goes back to Component Serial Number field as if the Serial Number is not entered/scanned. The user cannot navigate out of the
   Serial Number field as this is a required field. The remaining Qty still shows 1 as if no Component Serial Number is scanned. But the entered/scanned
   Serial Number is removed from the List of Values found by using CTRL+L (List of Values)
