How to update Locator Control Field In The Organization Parameter In A Child Organization (Doc ID 2206104.1)

Goal

You are attempting to update the the Locator Control Field in the Organization Parameter in a child Organization.
It is either:

not currently enabled and you want to enable
currently enabled and you want to disable (set to None)
currently enabled and you want to change the setting (e.g. from "Prespecified only" to "Dynamic entry allowed").

When making the attempt, the following error message is displayed:

You cannot update this field when open order lines exist which have been submitted for Pick Release or are waiting to be Ship Confirmed or Inventory interfaced.
