ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After applying GMD patch on Sundya, unable to create samples automatically for OPM Batches
Recently, automatic sample creation for opm batches has stopped working. Previously it was working fine.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Auto Sample to be created for batch.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Specification created
2- Validity rule created for WIP Recipe with Auto Sample creation flag enabled.
3- Sampling plan has been assocaited with VR accordingly.
3- Spec and VR both are active and in 'Approved for General Use' Status.
4- Workflows for business event 'oracle.apps.gme.batch.created' and relevant subscriptions are enabled.
5- Concurrent Manager 'Workflow Agent Listener Service' actual and target process status is 1
6- Workflow Background Engine and Both 'Workflow Deferred Agent Listener' and 'Workflow Java Deferred Agent Listener are up and running.
7- GMD: Batch Step Sample is set to 'Yes'
8- After Batch creation, batch step quality status is 'Sample Required' but still sample is not generated.
