System Does Not Allow To Enter Revision AA After Official Business/Company Revision Y (Doc ID 2206588.1)

When user has the need to rollup Item Revision from Y to AA system shows an error saying that this is an early revision.

Is there a configuration that we need to enabled?


Error Codes
New Revision must be greater than the current revision
