Inefficient Query In Cycle Count Entries Form Causing Performance Issues (Doc ID 2206606.1)

Problem: When we attempt to access open entries via Cycle Count Entries Form - Form Name : INVATCEN, it fires off a query that takes too long to complete. This is preventing our cycle counting group from performing daily cycle counts and no acceptable workaround is available.

We found the query while doing a forms Trace with Binds and Waits in our PROD instance.

Query Completed in 1565 seconds - 26 minutes.

1. Open Cycle Count Entries Form
2. Select Cycle Count Report.
3. Click Find.
4. Prompt populates "Find all open count requests?"
5. Click Yes.
6. Query Executes - Takes 26 minutes to complete.
