As per e-business suite design we have got following Dba policies applied against these objects to restrict access.

SQL> select OBJECT_OWNER,OBJECT_NAME,PF_OWNER,POLICY_NAME,SEL,INS,UPD,DEL,FUNCTION from dba_policies where object_name in ('FM_FORM_MST_B','GMD_RECIPES_B');

OBJECT_OWNER OBJECT_NAME PF_OWNER POLICY_NAME SEL INS UPD DEL FUNCTION
------------------------------ ------------------------------ ------------------------------ ------------------------------ --- --- --- --- ------------------------------
GMD FM_FORM_MST_B APPS GMD_FORMULA_HDR_SEL YES NO NO NO SECURE_FORMULA_SEL
GMD FM_FORM_MST_B APPS GMD_FORMULA_HDR_INS NO YES NO NO SECURE_FORMULA_INS
GMD FM_FORM_MST_B APPS GMD_FORMULA_HDR_UPD NO NO YES NO SECURE_FORMULA_UPD
GMD GMD_RECIPES_B APPS GMD_RECIPE_SEL YES NO NO NO SECURE_FORMULA_DTL_SEL
GMD GMD_RECIPES_B APPS GMD_RECIPE_INS NO YES NO NO SECURE_FORMULA_DTL_SEL
GMD GMD_RECIPES_B APPS GMD_RECIPE_UPD NO NO YES NO SECURE_FORMULA_DTL_SEL

Whether data can be extracted with out disable the policies ?

What is the recommendation from Oracle about disabling the policy?

What will be the impact if we do disable?

 Do we have any alternative?
