Symptoms

In Sourcing responsibility, when attempting to close early a Request For Quotation, the following error occurs:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Sourcing responsibility -> Negotiations tab
2. Open one Published Negotiation
3. Select Action = Close RFQ and click on Go button
4. Click on Apply button
5. See the above error message
