Shipping Status is still showing "Pick Released" in Item Reservation window and User Cannot Delete the Reservation.

Steps to Reproduce

Profile WSH: Retain ATO Reservations is set to Yes.
Cycle Count Workflow Process is not attached to Pick None Transaction Reason.

  1. Create a SO with 1 line 4 qty.

  2. Perform detailed reservations against the line:
    LPN1 (1 qty)
    LPN2 (1 qty)
    LPN3 (2 qty)

  3. Pick Release the SO

  4. In Telnet (MSCA),
stage pick (load and drop) LPN1,
but raise Pick none exception for LPN2 and LPN3.

  5. In Shipping Transactions form,
Line of 1 qty is Staged.
Line of Remaining 3 qty is Backordered.

  6. In Item Reservation form,
Shipping Status of the Backordered reservation line is still shown as "Pick Released". It should be "Not Pick Released".
Also, the reservation line is not allowed to delete. It should be allowed to delete.
