Unable to see payment information in iExpense

When checking the payment details using the Internet Expenses Auditor for expenses, the payment number field is blank even though payment is done.
It was found that view behind this form call the AP_WEB_PAYMENTS_PKG.GET_PAID_BY_LIST which internally reads data from PAYMENT METHOD lookup type.
The payment method on the invoices related to the expenses in a non standard value 'BOA US TRAVEL CARD' and not in the lookup.
