Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 11.5.10.0 version, Workflow Purge,
when attempting to run the bde_end_date_wf_ntfs_event_errors.sql script in Note 1587923.1,
the following error occurs:

sqlplus apps/<apps_pwd> @bde_end_date_wf_ntfs_event_errors.sql

SQL> @bde_end_date_wf_ntfs_event_errors.sql
declare
*

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20002: 3124: Process 'DEFAULT_EVENT_ERROR' for item 'WFERROR/378509' is not active.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_ENGINE", line 4555
ORA-06512: at line 20


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the script run the bde_end_date_wf_ntfs_event_errors.sql script in Note 1587923.1,
