When Configuring From Order Management, NullPointerException When Selecting 'Finish' for Generic HTML UI (Doc ID 2208077.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.31.3, reproduced 12.1.3.31.10 version, Runtime UI

When attempting to configure a sales order line using the generic HTML interface, the following error occurs after selecting the 'Finish' button on all models.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Create a new sales order
3. Add an order line
4. Select Configure
5. Make selections in generic user interface
6. Select Finish
7. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure any order lines that require configuring.
