Unable To Find The Producer Exception On Trying To View Notify Function Details

Symptoms
When executing following steps, system prompts an error 'Unable to find the producer'.
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Communication Management > Contact Notification.
2. Click on 'F' or Find button for the column - Notify Function ID.
3. Do an open search to list all the notify function available, try to open any notify function from the search result by clicking on the notify function hyperlink.
