Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Reservation of Cycle Count is deleted even though Approval to the Cycle Count is not allowed.
Expected Behavior
Reservation of Cycle Count should not be deleted when Approval to the Cycle Count is not allowed.
Steps to Reproduce
In WMS organization,
when performing Picking in WMS Mobile(MSCA),
if user raises No Stock Exception(Cycle Count Workflow is attached), on-hand will be reserved by Cycle Count.
- Navigate to "Count Adjustment Approvals Summary" form
Query Cycle Count: System Error Cycle Count
Radio button "None" is selected. - Click radio button "Approved"
- Below error message shows. This is expected behavior.
You are trying to perform cycle count adjustment for &COUNTQTY &COUNTUOM of item &ITEMNAME.
However Reservations/Allocations exists for &RSVQTY &RSVUOM of this item which is greater than the counted qty.
Please update or cancel the existing reservation/allocation before a cycle count adjustment can be performed on this item. - Click OK button
- See radio button "None" is still selected
Then,
6-1 Click Save button
Reservation of cycle count is deleted.6-2 Do not Click Save button
Close "Count Adjustment Approvals Summary" form, and then close "Cycle Counts Summary" form
"Do you want to save the changes you have made?" message shows.
If choose Yes here, Reservation of cycle count is deleted.
If choose No here, Reservation of cycle count is not deleted.
