Location is not coming or it is getting vanished post saving and requering the tax type definition form

Expects the location should be available and should not get vanish
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Tax Type
2. Select the Inventory Organization and Location. Provide accounts
3. Save and Re query.
