SFM Is Processing The Install Base Transactions In R12.2.5 (Doc ID 2208427.1)

Transactions are not processing through the concurrent process 'Interface Install Base Lines'. Instead, they are still processing through SFM.

Expect the new concurrent program to process IB transactions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create and complete a Sales Order for n Install Base trackable item

2. Observe the IB transaction table is not populated with the Sales Order information and the Install Base Instance is not updated

3. The concurrent process 'Interface Install Base Lines' is scheduled to run, but the data table never has any entries
