Collection Import Manager Setting Value To NULL (Doc ID 2208629.1)

The collection import manager fails. it is setting a value to NULL in qa_results_interface. The field is initially populated with a value when it is inserted into the interface. This value is inserted into the interface but once the import manager fails it updated the value to NULL.
