Find that the price lists are missing the product value (Item Number) after an upgrade to R12.

Replication Steps
1. Oracle Pricing Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate To: Price List >  Price List Setup
3. Query the price list
4. Review price list lines

Changes

 Upgraded to Oracle Applications R12
