E-Business Suite 12.2 Web Applications Desktop Integrator, Setup, Install, and General Template issues

When attempting to upload an NLS / French template the following error occurs:

Entrez un Dans I'inventaire physique valide.. Oui n'est pas valide. Entrez une valeur valide pour la colonne de mappage Dans I'inverntaire physique.
Entrez un Nom de file d'attente valide.. Reporter n'est pas valide. Entrez une valeur valide pour la colonne de mappage Nom de file d'attente.
