Party Profile Extensible Attributes Check-Boxes Do Not Save After Patches (Doc ID 2208867.1)

When attempting to update the Party Profile Extensible Attributes check-boxes when going through the Party Search function on the Case Worker Agent Dashboard, the check-boxes when checked, gets cleared after clicking on Save.

(R) Case Worker

(N) Agent Dashboard > Party Search
Click on Organization
Search for an Organization
Select the Organization
Select Program Types
Click on Save

The Check-boxes are cleared

This issue started to occur after applying the following patches:
<Patch 23297407>
<Patch 22743056>
<Patch 21822881>
